Absence Plan: Monthly Accrual That Expires at Month-End

Hi,

I want to create an absence plan where each employee receives 1 day of leave every month (this part is clear for me).

The requirement is that if the employee does not use this 1 day during that month, it should be deleted/forfeited at the end of the month.
In other words, there is no accrual carryover – every month they get 1 new day, and if they don’t use it within that month, it expires.

I would really appreciate guidance on how to configure this in Oracle HCM Absence Management (accrual / fast formula / other setup).
