Restrict employee’s document of records list of values under document of records in My client groups

Hi Team,
We have a requirement that employee role has list of 3 document records and another role(Document records role) which has access to My client groups – document of records has other 2 document of records. When both the roles assigned to the same user. We could be able to view all the 5 document of records(both employee’s & Document records role) under My client groups – document of records list of values. How to restrict the employee’s document records(3 nos) list of values so that it should not be visible under My client groups – document records.
