Some Purchase Agreement Smart-forms not visible in RSSP...

Is anyone else experiencing issues in RSSP with Purchase Agreement smart-forms not being visible to users raising purchase requisitions? There are instances when users will attempt to raise a Purchase Requisition from a Purchase Agreement Smart-form in RSSP and all they get is a blank page with a spinning circle. Users have reported that if they 'edit' their Purchase Agreement, by making a slight modification, for example, adding a 'space' to the 'description' field and updating the agreement, then the Smart-form becomes available for selection…
