VBS：Could you explain how the Destination Type hide rule works?

Could you advice why the behavior is different?
We set a VBS rule to hide Destination Type when Item Source Type = Supplier, but the same item (Source Type= Inventory) behaves differently.
・Smart Form: Destination Type is hidden
・New Requisition Line Page: Destination Type is visible
*User：Inventory Operator
*Item：Source Type inventory
