Failed Approval Transaction while updating Line Manager

Hi Team,

When a HR assign Line Manager for an user, approval is getting failed with an error " The UAE_ManageemploymentRule rule in the ManageEmploymentRuleSet rule set failed because a supervisor does not exist" though both employee and proposed Line Manager user accounts are active.
