Prevent Putaway Not working

Summary:

Use-Case: I want to block my location for any new allocation or putaway while we are doing the cycle count. So we have created a Lock code CC which has the prevent putaway flag enabled and assigned to my location.

When I do a new putaway to this location, it still allows me to do the putaway in the location. Am I missing anything here?
