Candidate selection process: FF for Move and FF for auto-tagging not working on same state

Summary:

We have a requirement where we have 2 fast formulas on the 'New' Phase, First State 'To be reviewed'.

Both FF are based on the answer to a PSQ being Yes or No (different PSQs).

e.g.

a) If Answer to PSQ 1 is No then move to next state in phsae 'Right to work review'

b) If answer to PSQ2 is Yes then add an automated tag to state 'reasonable adjustments'

Both the fast formulas work independently of each other when a single action on the state. However, when both are added (with the automatic tagging action order 1, and move condition order 2/3/4) it only appears to execute move condition FF and not the automatic tagging.
