Feasibility to check defaulting of Hiring Manager based on selected position's parent incumbent?

Hi Team,

We are looking for a feasibility to default the Hiring Manager field basis the position based requisition with selected position's parent position incumbent.

Is this feasible to attain in VBCS in Oracle Recruiting cloud. Also, please help us with the series of steps to enable the same if the same is feasible.
