Audit Data retention period for Setup and Configuration, Master Data and Transactional data
Summary:
We want to know below details on
- Data retention period for
a. Setup and Configuration
b. Master data like Suppliers, Customers, Bank accounts, COA etc
c. Transactional Data - Running reports for Audit purpose as a Repository for Audit team
Generate Audit Report has to be run for User or Product (with Business Object) parameter. When we schedule these process for repository purpose we have to schedule more jobs that will be an issue in Maintenance. Is there any easier way to schedule this?If its UI then we have to manually run this and that will be in office hours which may slow down the system.
