25D feature "Identify Line Numbers in Requisition Details" not working

There is a new feature in 25D called "Identify Line Numbers in Requisition Details" and even though it's showing as Enabled, the line numbers are not being displayed in the Requisition Line Details page. We have already enabled the Redwood Version as the Default Self Service Procurement Application, which appears to be the only prerequisite. Please advise, thank you!
