Create Bank Branch Error: Cannot invoke "" because "" is null [see summary]

Summary:

I am working on a custom role for a client, and they are unable to create a bank branch using said role and receive the error: Cannot invoke "oracle.jbo.Row.setAttribute(String, Object)" because "rowOrgProfile" is null. Comparisons to other users and seeded roles, along with some attempted changes, have not resolved the issue, but the user can successfully create a branch when using a collection of seeded roles. We have been unable to hone in on what security might resolve this despite many attempts and hours spent. Is there a setup that is needed for the test user, or is there a Functional Security or Data Security Policy that would directly relate to this? Any direction is appreciated.
