pay Payment Request plus a Credit Memo

I want to know if it's possible to pay a Payment Request and a Credit Memo together, in Fusion Payables

The AP's user pay an invoice, but the supplier return the money, and aditionally, sent a Credit Memo. The AR's user, created a Receipt, and generated a Refund.
