Advancing a candidate stage reloads the page and removes navigation arrows

Summary:

In Oracle Recruiting, when navigating through applicants on a requisition, moving a candidate to a different stage causes the page to reload and the navigation arrows disappear. This forces us to return to the main applicant list each time to continue reviewing candidates. Is this expected behavior, or is there a way to prevent the arrows from disappearing after changing a candidate’s stage
