Redwood 25D: LOV Showing Incorrect Jobs When Business Unit is Autofilled

Hello All,

We are currently in 25D and experiencing an issue with requisition creation. The job LOV is not showing the correct jobs when the business unit is defaulted in create a requisition. hiring managers are selecting jobs outside of their business unit, causing recruiters to have to delete the requisition and make a new one since the job code has been wrong from the start. When the business unit is not defaulted and selected manually the correct list of jobs shows in the LOV.

Is it possible to not have the business unit defaulted based on the hiring manager that is creating the requisition? In other words, can we disable the defaulting of business units?
