Reflect Current Local Job Title in Document Delivery Preferences ESS

Hello -

We are currently experiencing an issue on the Document Delivery Preferences page in Employee Self Service (ESS) where some employees do not see their current Local Job Title. Instead, the header (beside their name) displays the first Local Job Title they had when they were hired. This issue only occurs for employees who were converted or hired on or after December 31, 2019. When the page is accessed through the My Client Groups tab, the correct Local Job Title appears; however, when accessed through the Me tab, the issue persists.

I have already tried changing the profile value for the ORA_PER_EMPL_DEFAULT_BUSINESS_TITLE_FROM profile option to “Automatically Update Based on Job Change,” but the issue still remains. I also attempted creating a workspace in VBCS to check for options to edit the Local Job Title in the header, but there does not seem to be any available option for this.
