We are happy to announce the availability of the November Starter Configuration update for Success Navigator!

Included in this update:

  • AI Agents
    • Select AI Agents have been enabled for: HCM, ERP, SCM
  • Feature Enablement
    • Select Optional features have been enabled for: HCM, ERP, SCM
  • Customer Experience (CX) Pillar
    • OMBPs have been enabled for the following countries: Canada, Mexico, Germany, South Africa, UAE, Singapore, India, Australia, Brazil, Argentina
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) Pillar
    • OMBP with Risk Management focus enabled globally

All new Starter Configuration requests will include the latest updates. If you would like these updates and have an existing Starter Configuration, you may re-request a Starter Configuration to get the latest updates.
