Assistance Required: HR Helpdesk Resource Visibility Issue

We recently implemented Oracle ERP. Currently, a resource added to the Manage Resources page with the Contract Administrator role appears in the Assigned To dropdown within HR Helpdesk. However, these individuals work on contracts and are not HR Helpdesk agents.

Expectation:Resources added with the Contract Administrator role should not be visible in the Assigned To field within HR Helpdesk.

Based on a Customer Connect article, I attempted the recommended steps, but the issue persists.

I would appreciate your guidance on an approach to achieve this functionality. Please let me know if additional details are required.
