How to auto default Hiring manager field based on logged in user while creating RA in Redwood UI

Summary:

Now we are in 25D, While creating Requisition as hiring manager and for Hiring manager field the name should auto default based on the logged in user.
Can anyone please let us know what is the Expression and Rule which we need to use for this.
