Good enhancement for Web Support

Hello,
I was just thinking that it would be nice to have a column in Web Support for last time updated. I always find myself wondering when my ticket was updated and I need to click and view the incident to find out. Since not everything is in my name, I won't have the email to check when they were last updated.
Is this something Taleo is working on and would other clients find this useful?
