Smart View – Short Term Cash Forecast showing corrupted bank account

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management

Hello everyone,

We are experiencing an issue with the Short Term Cash Forecast in Smart View only in our TEST environment.

When running the wizard, the bank account list appears with corrupted member names, for example:

[Bank]@[CITI USD 5154]

[Bank]@[WELLS USD 1693]

AccountName

NO_BANK_ACCOUNT_VALUE

Selecting these members results in the error:

“A cash position report with the selected parameters could not be generated.”

However:

What works correctly

  • The Generate Cash Position by Bank Account Smart View report shows the bank accounts normally.
  • The same template and Smart View version work correctly in DEV3.
  • We verified that:
    • Cash Position cube in TEST is built correctly
