Service Pack 13h

Hello, We have been testing Service Pack 13c in Staging, and just requested to move 13c to our Production Environment.

The response is that they can't add 13c, we have to load 13h.  And therefore go through the process of re-testing, etc.

While I agree that h is likely a good idea, our company's testing processes are rather excrutiating, and waiting to go through months to re-test (by the time there will be another service pack, hence we NEVER get upgraded) is a bit much...

So, my first question is whether or not anyone else is in the process of testing SP13h?
