Skip a supervisory level in a BPM worklist when a supervisor does not exist in the hierarchy

Summary:

Dear Experts,

We are looking for a way to skip a supervisory level in a BPM worklist when a supervisor does not exist in the hierarchy as mentioned in Scenario 2.

Scenario 1 : (Working Fine)

Recruiter raises a Requisition → HM (1st Approver) → HM's LM (2nd Approver) → HR (3rd Approver)

Scenario 2 : (Where HM doesn't have a manager) —— Failed

Recruiter raises a Requisition → HM (1st Approver) → HR (2nd Approver)

We had used this condition in IF of Scenario 2 and it doesn't work.

(Task.payload.transactionApprovalRequest.HiringManagerUsername,1,"","LINE_MANAGER")== null)

Regards,
G Subhitsha
