Distribution combination is not updating at line level in withholding invoice

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management

withholding tax was configured successfully and it is working at payment time.

Case Steps

1 User creates an AP invoice with Distribution combination line item and validates the invoice, withholding calculated successfully at payment time.

2. In AWT invoice the distribution is not coming at line level, it is showing in manage distribution section and

distribution in line level is blank.

is this expected behavior or is it a defect ?
