Manager Rating field is not able to make it as Editing or Read only in VB Studio.

Summary: In Responsive UI, HR has the ability to edit the Manager Rating in the Performance Document, while the Manager and Employee only have read-only access. However, in Redwood, this configuration does not seem feasible. We need guidance on whether this feature is supported in Redwood or if there is an alternative approach to achieve the same behavior. In Responsive UI, we achieved this by page composer.
