How to configure Promotion Approval Rule in BPM Worklist based on the job level of the requestor?

I need to configure an approval rule for Promotions based on the Job Level of the requestor. If the job level of the requestor (the person submitting the approval) is equal to more than 9, then the approval will be routed. This is a very urgent requirement and any help will be greatly appreciated.
