How to Enable Employees to Add or Remove Their Photo in Personal Details?

Hello everyone,

I need help understanding which role or privilege is required to allow an employee to add or remove their profile photo in the Redwood page:

Me → Personal Details → Photo

We are testing the functionality using a custom Employee role, but the user is not able to upload or delete the photo.

When attempting to do so, the system displays the following error:

Which privileges or duty roles are required for photo upload/delete in Redwood?
