How to make the Work Email field read-only and set it as default Primary in Contact Info?
Summary:
Hello everyone,
we are implementing the Redwood Me → Contact Info page and we would like to control how the Work Email field behaves.
Our business requirement:
- The Work Email must always be Primary by default
- Employees must not be able to edit or modify their Work Email
At the moment, in the Contact Info page employees can still edit the Work Email or change the Primary flag, which we need to prevent.
Any guidance or documentation references would be greatly appreciated.
