Error for FTE in Oracle HCM

Hello,

My client has an error related to FTE in Oracle HCM Redwood.

The path is: My Client Groups > show more > Hire an Employee/Change Assignment/Add a Contingent Worker/Local and Global Transfer/Add Assignment

During the process, in the Assignment section, If I fill out the FTE section first (for example, entering 1) and then I edit the job or department or location sections, the FTE returns to 0.

Could you please help me solving this problem?
