which privileges are required to upload department data from spreadsheet

in Human Capital Management

We know using "Human Capital Management Integration Specialist" role we upload data through spreadsheet.

Couple of users only needs to upload department values under workforce structure.

So, could precise which privileges only required from "Human Capital Management Integration Specialist" role so that we can create a custom role & assign to them.
