Global Search not showing any employee details in the home page

Hi,

We have enabled the Global Search in our application. In home page, we are not able to fetch any employees, it is only fetching only task details.

Enabled the Oracle profile option and ran Oracle search index job as well.

I can be able to view the employee details in other pages like (absence page, personal info page).

Is this a expected behavior? Or we need to run any process to fetch the employee details in the Global search.
