Requisition changes post after offer draft - changes are not reflecting on the offer

Summary:

Hello Team, we are seeing one challenges with a scenario i.e. once the offer is created and in draft state if we rare making any changes to the requisition, then those changes are not reflecting the offer.

Please advise how we can solve this problem.
