Agency hiring Issue

Hi,

We have enabled redwood in non prod environment & expected to go live in the month Jan 2026. I wanted to update you on few things which we have tried as per oracle suggestion on our existing oracle SR's. Please find the below details

1.We enabled the Agency Redwood profile option, and agents were successfully able to create candidate profiles using the Add a Candidate quick action. However, those candidates cannot be found under Agency Hiring > Talent or Invitation.

Oracle has confirmed that Agency functionality in Redwood is not yet fully supported and will be delivered in future releases. As a temporary workaround, they advised the following steps (see Oracle Doc ID 10561161.1):
