How to fetch User changes details in oracle fusion

Hi Team,

Can anyone please let us know if there is a way to fetch audit logs for the following actions performed on user accounts?

The audit log should ideally capture:

• Who performed the action
• When it was performed
• What action was performed
• Which user account the action was performed on

The specific actions we are looking to track include:

• Creating a user account
• Updating user account parameters (Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Username)
• Updating the native password of a user account
• Activating, deactivating, locking, or unlocking a user account
• Deleting a user account
