Error message displayed when trying to add CLA value in request a position change transaction

When trying to add a CLA value from the drop-down list, and when we submit the position seeing below error message
Applying List binding LOV_CollectiveAgreementName with given set of values leads to multiple matching rows for a row of type:Position, key oracle.jbo.Key[300000850645733 2025-07-16 4712-12-31 300000850645733 2025-07-16 4712-12-31 US
Whatever value we select from the LOV, we are seeing same issue and for all positions.
Please let us know how we can resolve this error
