View Duplicates is greyed out on Manage Job Offers page 25D

Summary:

We have enabled the Duplicate check in Move to HR setting as Use Person creation duplicate check but still the View Duplicates option is greyed out on Manage Job Offers Page. We have also enabled the profile option for Redwood Manage Job Offers page as well. Pls refer to the below document for whats new in 25D.
