Screening service is not available

Screening service is not available, It does not appear even though I have already checked that it is activated.

It should appear at the bottom of the image marked with an arrow.

I'm trying to activate Assessments in recruitment, so... after reviewing the documentation, I found that I need to use the Sandbox tool - HCM Experience Design Studio.

Once there, I need to go to Transaction Design Studio, find the action "Recruiting - Create Job Requisition," and check the existing rules to verify that the section causing the problem, "Screening Services," is activated.
