Create Job Requisition - Cancel button

Summary:

When creating a job requisition, once the user completes the first 4 sections, the job requisition appears to be saved in Draft status. After those first 4 sections, the clicking the cancel button does not actually cancel the req. What is the intended functionality of the Cancel button after those initial sections?
