How to create single quality issue when there are multiple characteristic is failing in inspection, and the problem is when we use any characteristic does not meet target value option, in quality inspection plan action rules page, system is generating number of quality issues for each sample getting inspected.

We have a inspection plan, in which we have 3 characteristics and we have action plan on this for triggering the quality issue if any one misses the target.

Now if we are taking 10 samples and rejecting 6 samples its creating 6 different quality issue for each sample, we want a single quality issue to be generated within the inspection.
