Oracle is reaching out with an important update that requires your attention if you are using OCI Resource Manager (ORM) for operations such as Scaling or Autoscaling an Oracle WebLogic Server for OCI (WLS for OCI) stack.

OCI Resource Manager has announced that Terraform versions older than 1.5.x will be deprecated and unsupported after Dec 31, 2025. As part of this change, Resource Manager will block any new jobs (plan, apply, destroy, etc.) executed with Terraform versions earlier than 1.5.x.
