BPM workflow error - RUL-05720: data type mismatch for test "==": Worker's Proposed Assignment

Summary:

In TerminationsApproval we have a condition> Worker's Proposed Work Relationship.result.Action Name is a Worker's Proposed Work Relationship.

Due to Redwood 'Terminate Employment' page when we try to create / copy the same in 'AssignmentTerminationsApproval' we couldn't find any

'Worker's Proposed Work Relationship' from the LOV. Instead we selected 'Worker's Proposed Assignment'. And we have tested , still it fails.

And I get an error stating > RUL-05720: data type mismatch for test "==": Worker's Proposed Assignment.

Do we have any other attribute to use?
