Why do our applicant sources keep changing

We are on 7.5 SP13 and a couple of months ago our initial list of fixed applicant sources began changing with every job.  We have a list of sources which are still in Taleo and which seem to be the base of what appears to candidates when they are applying, but in addition to these other sources appear which we don't want.  These other sources seem to mirror what we are selecting in our posting process including compliance and multiple monster accounts that we use for charging back to the business units, but we only want our original list to
