Email Delivery Details with Delivery Status as "Unavailable" but email address is correct

We activated the Communicate HCM Campaign.
This campaign has an audience composed by 1994 employee, after the email was sent, we checked the Email Delivery Details and identify 6 employees that have the "Delivery Status" as "Unavailable".
We checked also the process Send Campaign Email and see that sent count is 1988.

the Customer want to know the reason why those contacts did not received the email, even though the email address are correctly populated.
