Hello Oracle Community,

We're currently working on a requirement where the "Supplier Type" field is made mandatory when creating a supplier. There are many "Supplier Types" set up in the system which would show as LOV while creating supplier.

The specific requirement is for the field to display as plain text, read-only in view mode, and as a dropdown menu in edit mode. Users without the edit role should not be able to interact with this field in view mode, ensuring no dropdown options are displayed.
