Oracle Fusion IAM Upgrade

Has anyone has Oracle Fusion upgrade to Oracle Cloud Infastructure Identity and Access Management this year?

should be receiving this IAM upgrade change this month. We thought it would happen in development environments last week, but it has not happened. Yesterday I received an email invitation from Oracle CCC via Vanilla Forums to a January event to help customers prepare for the "coming IAM upgrade." That is confusing since my understanding is that the IAM upgrade should be 100% rolled out by end of 2025?
