Recommendations and Recommendation profiles - No results

Hello

I'm trying to run the recommendation profiles in Redwood and am able to create a profile but when I save the changes, there are no search results visible. Also under "Recommendations", nothing is visible. I already tried running the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS for both recommendationprofiles & recommendations but without any luck.

Could anyone pinpoint me to the root cause of this please?
