Issue with contract apparoavls

Hi all

We are creating the contract in the lower instance by selecting the Buy Intent, and we do not have any approval hierarchy defined for contracts. However, after submitting the contract, it is still showing the Pending Approvals status. It is not getting approved, and when we click on Pending Approvals, it shows “No approval history exists” (PFA).

Request you to please check and provide a solution.

Note: We have not defined any approval hierarchy for the contracts.
