Frequent Freezing on “Create Job Requisition” Page in Oracle Recruiting in Redwood

Summary:

We have observed that, in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, the page occasionally freezes, we click on Continue, Save and Close, or the Submit button, however, nothing happens.

This does not occur consistently but seems to happen with some frequency. Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the issue in a lower environment.


Could you please advise on the best approach to troubleshoot this issue?
