Assign Access for AI Agent for all the users using common employee role

Hi Everyone,

We have currently created the AI Agent using delivered template (Absence Analyst), we are looking give access for the all the employees in the system using Employee role.

But I am unable see the employee role in security section while creating AI Agent Teams.
