I didn't receive the email to reset my password

This problem of mine has persisted for over a month. I have posted several help-seeking posts, but unfortunately, I haven't received any help.
I have now logged into the original email address I used to register for Oracle, but I still haven't received the email to reset my password. I asked the customer service, and they said that my account is working fine. They also sent me an email to reset my password and told me to check my spam inbox. I followed the customer service's instructions, but I still haven't received the email to reset my password.
The customer service said they couldn't help me and asked me to post a plea for help on the forum. I have posted several times in a row but still haven't received any assistance. Could you please tell me who I should turn to to handle my problem?
