How do I properly link clause variables to Negotiation module in Oracle Fusion?

Summary:

I need your support regarding an issue I’m facing with clauses and variables in Oracle Fusion (Contract Terms and Negotiation).

 

I created several clauses in the Contract Terms Library and added variables inside the clauses. After that, I prepared a Contract Terms Template and inserted the clauses into the template.
However, when I upload the template in the Negotiation, the variables inside the clauses are not appearing or being pulled into the negotiation document.

 

I also noticed that when creating clauses, the system variables related to the Negotiation module are very limited — only a few variables are available to select. (found only 3)
